SOOoo....I finally have a painting to show.WOOHOOOooo....Things have been soo busy that it took longer than I thought. This is a piece I made for the "I am 8-bit" show. I am hoping to enter it and see if it gets in. It's called " We (heart) Pactamari" and it's acrylic on oak wood panel. Oops, forgot the measurements. I think it's about 10" x 12"...larger with a wood frame. ;0) It has a high gloss varnish over it for protection and is ready for hanging. heheee....
This piece took me about 2 weeks altogether, except that it was spread out over 2 months. haha! Anyways, I had fun doing it, mainly because it was so colorful and simple. I'm sure most people will look at it and know that it's Pac-man, but I guess if you play games, you might pick up the game that has been infused with it. ;) heheee...(if you don't know, I will reveal it later)
Anyways, if anything, I did another painting and if it doesn't get in, then I have another piece for my own show. haha! Hope you like it and thanks for visiting!

This is an amazing combination! I like how the pellets are stuck to his face like cookie crumbs. If you are in the show, then I HAVE to go!!

not sure if the painting got into the show or not, but i love it! i love how it depicts video games and yet has such a warm, soft, folksy feel.
